Here are a couple of requests and items we plan to work on next. Note that Jon has now moved from temporary housing into a new house and it getting settled in and should be back to help tackle development in the near future.

1. From Cindy: “avoid having the legend on top of the map and thus blocking view to that part of the world??”
2. From EternalSunshine and Anastasia: Try to get the map to work with Mac and Safari. Can we fall back to Google Maps?
3. From Eric: Use smaller pushpins and do a “Group By” to show how many different visitors/IP’s from a particular location. 

On a separate not and not necessarily related to MapVisitors, this blog is a bit messed up, see the Validator at W3.org –

That said, www.mapvisitors.com does also have problems although I know Jon already fixed it to make it cross-browser compatible, but maybe only for Firefox. Would fixing these help with #2 above? See –
