If they do not know where you are or have you placed incorrectly, it is likely our service is mapping you incorrectly as well.

Go to their site http://www.hostip.info. On the upper right it will say whether they are detecting your IP address and where they think you are. To improve the database, click on Make A Correction and fill in your Country and City. It’s that simple!

Almost immediately our service should pick up the correction and will begin to map you in the right place.
